In celebration of 100 years of Indian Cinema

This exhibition touches on the impact Indian cinema has had on Bradford and other parts of Britain by drawing on the photographic work of renowned Bradford photographer Tim Smith and a selection of Indian film posters from the collections of Bradford Museums and Galleries. From the 1960’s to 1980’s Bradford was a centre for the screening of Bollywood classics with film goers attending from throughout northern England.
