The Festival opens with a special screening of the new Bollywood superhero movie Krrish 3 at the National Media Museum at 8pm.
Superhero Krrish faces his deadliest foe yet in this spectacular Bollywood sci-fi sequel. Krishna Mehra’s superhero alter-ego Krrish (Roshan) defeated the dastardly Dr. Siddhant Arya and brought his father Rohit (also Roshan) back from the dead. Today, Krrish continues to wage war on evil while Krishna is happily married to Priya (Chopra). Rohit, meanwhile, benefits society with his scientific brilliance. But there are dark clouds on the horizon as an evil genius named Kaal (Oberoi) is bent upon bringing death and destruction to the world, aided by an army of dangerous beings of his own creation. This third instalment in India’s hugely popular first superhero franchise is packed with amazing effects and deep emotion.
The festival runs from 1st – 9th November 2013 with a schedule of 16 screenings and events
