Yongsun Lee is the Director of Film Culture & Education Office at the Korean Film Council. He has been working to support and promote Korean Film and  the Korean film Industry since 2002. His work includes projects in film education and developing programmes to foster the environment for disabled audiences as well as citizens in isolated areas to improve their enjoyment of film and its culture. Yongsun and his team have made a blueprint of film education to grow and improve film literacy for Korean youths since 2018. Currently, the team is building the curriculum to launch film education at primary schools in Busan which is the first designated UNESCO Creative City of Film within Asia.
